Three written references from previous employers, covering at least the last 5 years of professional experience, and complete with current contact details for the referee. At Platinum Family Office, we take the candidate vetting process very seriously, so please submit accurate information. Your references will be verified telephonically if you are selected for submittal to one of our clients and only with your permission.
Copies of your professional qualifications transcripts and other documentation supporting your submission (ie: relevant training, qualifications, First Aid, school and university certificates, language school certificates)
Memberships of Official Bodies & Associations: accredited certifications, membership number or proof of registration
Right to Work Documents consisting of 3 ID Documents and a proof of address
ID: A copy of the photo page of your passport, and working visa (if applicable)
ID: A copy of your driver’s licence
ID: A birth certificate
Proof of Address: A Bank Statement (Financial information can be obscured), A Utility Bill. (Mobile Phone Bill not accepted)
Criminal Record/ Police Check
An enhanced CRB/DBS and a barred List certificate - less that 3 moths old. We recommend joining the update service.
French Bulletin Numéro 3 or Overseas Equivalent or;
Official Confirmation including reference number that you have applied and are awaiting its arrival.
